Theory

Sooo you know how the AU monsters have differences, like pointy teeh on the UF skeles. I had a thought. What if them being made of magic actually allows them to undergo evolution like Lamarck described?

(for people who don’t know what that is, it’s basically changes happening in one generation except survival of the fittest. Also tis is kinda true, if you wanna know what I mean look up epigenetics)

BUT if that’s the case, monsters would probably change after reaching the surface. And that would be a really cool concept to explore.
