Natasha, drawn for sportswear practice.
You when you draw a character with a perfect body, but then you have to put clothes on it? Crisis averted! If only I liked her pose more. I went the extra a mile and tied my hair back no less then eight times for this.
Mediums: original in 1.0mm black ball point, Pentalic paper for pens, Tombow felt tip markers. Background, colour adjustment, and touch-ups, done in Photoshop.

Natasha grew up on island of Dar’ooba; Which hosted Molamola’s mental health center. Her father was lead psychiatrist and therapist, trusted with the most dangerous clients due to the indestructible nature of his kin.
Natasha was told her parents love was forbidden, because Signs aren’t supposed to mingle with mortal humans like her mother. However, child-bearing complications and old fashioned beliefs didn’t stop them. Natasha and her sister were made with a love that fought adversity. Her parents met in the Mortal-Realm, where all the souls of Molamola originate. But a revolution started in Molamola while Natasha’s father was gone, and when he had to return, her mother went with him.
Though Signs where from the sky, Natasha only got to see stars at night. As she grew, she slept less and less, until she had no need of it like her father. The night was the time they had together. When her little sister was old enough, she joined them. Yet, father spoke poorly of the celestial sphere he was born in. Sometimes Natasha wondered what it was like in the vacuum above, surrounded by sentient lights.
As Natasha grew, she preferred dancing to wandering the chaotic grounds of Dar’ooba. Her parents sent her to a performance school in her youth; in a city with a stage. They went to her shows a few times. Then the revolution ended.
Natasha heard from her parents, that those of Molamola could once again go to other worlds. Natasha was awed by the possibility of seeing her mother’s realm if the stars were out of grasp. With curiosity, she left to see any brand new realm.
However, Natasha ended up in a interdenominational hub, instead of her mother’s realm. They put her in lay-over. Natasha stayed so long in fact, shegot access to their training facilities. It is said celestial beings are so talented because they never age, sleep, eat, or breath; all their time is dedicated to whatever they wish to hone. Before Natasha knew it, her attempts to desperately cure ennui, got her a job. Natasha, believing in the adventure of life, agreed to being a first-mate for an interdenominational peace program.
Her mother used to say ‘reach for the stars’. Natasha thought her whole life, it was literal. But she also didn’t think this was also a fair interpretation.
