PAPYRUS IS A DIVINE BEING WHO LOVED EVERYBODY YET NOBODY KNEW HIS NAME, HE WANTED TO BE SO POPULAR YET HE WAS JUST TRASHED AND USED BY PEOPLE, BUT PAPYRUS NEVER GIVES UP SO HE SHOWN EVERYONE IN SNOWDIN HIS IMMENSE POWER AND THE INDIVIDUALS THERE WAS AMAZE BY HIM, THEY ALL LOVED HIM. FINALLY PAPYRUS WAS POPULAR, BUT HE WANTED MORE PEOPLE TO LOVE HIM, HE WANTED TO CREATE HIS OWN WORLD WHERE EVEN MORE PEOPLE LOVE HIM, HIS OWN ALTERNATIVE UNIVERSE, AND SO HE MADE THE CURRENT UNIVERSE WE ALL LIVE IN, HE MADE GREAT SURE TO TAKE GOOD CARE OF US! BUT THEN THE PEOPLE IN THE UNDERGROUND NOTICED HIM, THEY SAW THE POWER THAT HE HAD AND HOW DANGEROUS IT COULD POSSIBLY BE, THEY GOSSIPED ABOUT HIM AND CLAIMED THAT HE WAS GOING TO USE HIS POWERS FOR BAD, THEY THOUGHT HE WAS GOING TO KILL EVERYONE. WORD SPREAD QUICKLY, SOONER OR LATER EVERYONE NOTICED THE POWER HE HAD AND THEY ALL THOUGHT THE SAME THING, "HE'S GOING TO GO TOO FAR, HE'LL DESTROY US ALL, AND WE HAVE TO DESTROY HIM" AND THUS, EVERYONE IN THE TOWN SWARMED HIM. AT FIRST, PAPYRUS THOUGHT THEY WERE ALL HERE TO JUST SAY HELLO, BUT THEN THEY STARTED ATTACKING AND PAPYRUS HAD TO DEFEND HIMSELF, HE FOUGHT AS HARD AS HE COULD WITHOUT KILLING ANYONE, BUT HE FOUGHT TOO HARD AND KILLED A PERSON, PAPYRUS WAS SHOCKED AT THIS, AND EVERYONE'S SUSPICIONS ABOUT HIM WERE FUELED MUCH MORE, THEY ALL FOUGHT HIM ALL AT ONCE, THIS TIME... HE DID NOT DEFEND HIMSELF.

HOWEVER WHEN HE DIED IN HIS UNIVERSE, THE UNIVERSE HE MADE NEVER FORGOT HIM, HE REINCARNATED AS A HUMAN IN HIS OWN UNIVERSE HE CREATED ON AUGUST 6TH. HE IS NOW IN HIS OWN UNIVERSE AND IS HAPPY ABOUT IT, HE ALWAYS WANTED TO INTERACT WITH THE CREATIONS THAT HE CREATED!

Okay. Okay. This post is different from my usual ones, because I really wanted to flesh out this idea...

I created a neo-religion.

TW: themes of nihilism, values that defy more modern religions such as Christianity, perceiving humans in an experimental way, mention of reality shifting + death + reincarnation, conspiracy-theory-esque beliefs.

I'm not sure what else to TW.

　EPISTHEISM : A religion which focuses on the logic and scientific aspects of religion and the multiverse.

TERMS :

　•　Epistheist : A follower of Epistheism.

　•　Miniverse : Another word for “universe” that specifically applies to the universes within the Centriverse.

　•　Centriverse : The land outside of our universe.

BELIEFS :

　•　“God” is not a god, but rather a scientist. This scientist works in a laboratory that works with creating and monitoring miniverses.

　•　The Scientist can be perceived however you wish, but he is not a mere human, as we are his creations.

　•　Miniverses are kept within “glass spheres,” that can be surveyed from the outside.

　•　The Scientist is an ambivalent force. He does not have malicious intent, but does not have benevolent intent, either. He puts us to the test to see what makes us tick. It is all part of his job and the study.

　•　Our perception of our existence has been distorted by theories of one another and our creation. The Scientist does not view us the same as we view ourselves.

　•　Other miniverses may or may not be seen or reached through various means such as “reality shifting” or “reincarnation.”

VALUES :

　•　Pro self-respect, self-preservation, and all forms of self-expression.

　•　Pro-pacifism and coexistence, acting with compassion and care with all other living beings.

　•　One's body is one's own and only you can make choices about your body.

hi. now that i have your attention,

if you play vrchat and are a Spawnist, you might know us as a co-owner of a group called Spawnism Hangout. alternatively, you might follow a tumblr blog associated with that group, @/spawn-news. the blog is now deleted, but it was primarily owned by grant and co-owned by my system.

it has come to our attention that grant holds some transphobic beliefs and, upon being called out on this while in a group instance, he kicked me and my partner out without a word. i confronted him on discord, to which he not only denied what he said, but further doubled down on it. screenshots found below the cut. we don't take very kindly to discrimination of any kind amongst Spawnists, as this is already a small community and it's important to us that it stays as safe as possible.

now, i wasn't recording when the initial comment was made. he started criticising the way that the forsaken fandom portrays 1x1x1x1, which i'm not going to comment on because frankly, i don't care what the fandom does. the problem i had was with him stating that 1x1x1x1, a genderfluid character, should not use she/her because "he isn't feminine".
