I have another suggestion from why-choose. Let's talk about habits. Compulsions. Stims. Whatever you want to call them. What are the mindless little things that Sam and Dean do? Those tiny little habits that maybe they don't even notice, but we sure do (and their brother definitely knows by heart). - @schizosamwincester

SAM ORAL FIXATION MY BELOVED !! he is constantly chewing and sucking on things, has always been that way, he loves mints and sunflower seeds and toothpicks and all of that. he chews his nails too, which dean forces him to stop doing when he notices <3

(dean also likes putting his fingers--and other things--in sam's mouth when they have sex bcuz sam loves it so much <3)

dean needs to be constantly drinking something, likely from being used to drinking alcohol, but when he isn't drinking alcohol he's drinking soda, water, lemonade, anything he can find that keeps him sipping on something

dean fidgets a lot too, especially with his hands, he cracks his knuckles a lot, and it can drive sam crazy when dean doesn't have something to put his fidgety energy into bcuz dean will start bouncing his leg or tapping on something

also sam runs his hand through his hair alllll the time. he constantly is messing it up by doing this and when he is stressed he does it more or even starts lightly tugging on his hair, which dean also tells him not to do

sam and dean 1000% did a fake wedding when they were kids. idk how young or old they were but i know it happened i was there, dean made sam wear a dress out of a tablecloth and sam protested but eventually grumbled and accepted it, dean wore one of his dad's old ties around his neck tied horribly and so wrong, they had their own stupid jokey wedding vows that they made, and they sealed it with a peck on the lips, their first kiss <3

another hc i like of them is kissing each other on the mouth wayyy longer than they should have been doing, like dean is like 10 when john catches them doing it and snaps at him to stop it, terrified at how messed up his boys are

Sam, Dean and Mary after a long hunt end up in a beatup motel in the middle of nowhere and the trio gets completely drunk and we all know what the Winchesters are when they are drunk. They are horny, so both Mary and Dean just have their way with Sam or the other way around

You know what's at the top of my mind today? Sadomasochism. So I'm going to ask about that here. Let me know your thoughts about sadomasochism in wincest.

And please note, the question is not "in wincest, who do you think is the sadist and who is the masochist?" because that's not the only way these things go. You're also welcome to think that neither of them are into it at all. That's a valid answer that isn't a cop-out or a non-answer, but a legitimate interpretation of the characters. Maybe only one is one of those things. Maybe you think they're both sadists or both masochists. Maybe one or both are switches. Or, of course, you can think that they're a traditional sadist/masochist pair. My point is, I don't want you to think this is a binary question or you have to give traditional/binary answers. i do think that after they both experience hell, dean is a sadist and sam is a masochist. i think perhaps before hell they both sorta leaned that way but were switches when it came to that, and that engaging in sadomasochism was not a frequent thing

like from before s3 they were more "vanilla" (which, like, they're still fucking their brother which is not at all vanilla but in this context lmao) when it came to their sex life but after dean goes to hell it becomes more angry between them, sometimes at each other but sometimes just restless anger directed at everything and anything

and then when sam comes back from hell and his wall is broken I think he becomes more of a masochist bcuz he's so used to pain. I love the HC of sam needing more and more pain and stimulation after hell bcuz his nerve endings and threshold for pain and sensation are soooo fucked up <3

these answers might be a little bit common in wincest circles lol but this is what I think and what I think makes the most sense (and is the hottest <3)
