Update on my writing life
i just want to prepare everyone for the possiblilty that it could be several months before we see another update on any of my fics (baring this weekend's update of TSF, afterward which may be on hiatus).
My health has just taken a downturn, as many of your know I was on a 90 day work restriction when I started Frisson in July. That restriction got doubled in October and my health has not improved in the new year. I have issues with focusing of late and muscle cramps in my hands. I also am recovering from a recent procedure, but that should clear up fine. It is, however, taking more time than originally anticipated.
on top of that, the living situation i am in is rocky at this current moment and we are trying to find housing in a different city, which means new jobs and all the fun that goes along with moving when you have 4 cats, 2 guinea pigs, 3 geckos and a handful of fish in the middle of Febuary (we are northern, so its quite snowy right now). As much as I want to update on Friday, most like we will not see an update until Sunday because of how much I have going on this week to prepare.
All this being said, I have not given up on my fics. often Autumn is my most productive period of the year, and I fear I may have set a high standard for myself that I cannot maintain indefinitely. I am sure next autumn we will see the return of daily uploads, but for now, when I can, I will update my fics and when I can't, I hope you all will wait patiently for my return.
