hot drinks all the wayyy, his fav is definitely hot cocoa ehehe

basil's biggest fear is being alone and isolated which is especially hard for him since he struggles w social anxiety :( as for more mundane fears; blood and heights

yes absolutely !! around close friends basil's actually very sweet and shockingly sarcastic but towards everyone else he's super shy and hesitant to even spark up a conversation. also he's the kinda person that literally won't say anything if someone's in his way like he'll just wait for them to move (he's just like me fr)

basil's specialty magic is enchanting and if we were to rank everyone in the academy in enchanting he'd beat even shion (top student atm)

no not necessarily, i think he would fight someone if he had to but his main source of attack is with his words LMAO

malchai's veryyyyy distant from his parents, he honestly kinda pities them which is both funny and sad. he does have an older brother but he vanished a few years back and malachai has no idea what happened to him 🤫

okay again gonna limit to this to 3 like i did w silver; begonias, black-eyed susans, and hyssops (yes i know they don't match but we r not aiming for aesthetics here.) anyways the begonias mean beware, serving as a warning, the black-eyed susans symbolize justice, and the hyssops symbolize sacrifice :))

⚾ BASEBALL - can they play sports? what is their best position if they play a team sport? what's their strong suit (speed, power etc.)?

he can i just don't think he's very interested in them, although his strong suit is either his wits or speed

at first glance malachai almost seems similar to ares (they are friends after all), kinda immature and a bit of a slacker. and to most it doesn't seem like he cares about anything other than himself, which is half true. malachai's actually incredibly perceptive and one of the smartest witches at the academy, like shion he's pretty argumentative and isn't afraid to voice his opinion, not ever sugarcoating anything. however unlike shion he's not interested in finding the best solution for everyone, only looking for the best solution for himself, regardless of who gets caught in the crossfire. in short he's just a selfish hard-worker who's also incredibly nihilistic LMAO
