it’s been two days, and all I can think about is The Magnetic Fields, and all I have going on in my head is Stephin Merritt’s voice on repeat, and I’m doing fine, how are you guys?

thanks for showing interest! also dkdjjdkd i’m not 100% surprised you forgot some of poptropica, it’s kind of Old by internet standards. anyways! here’s a quick overview of the main characters i’m planning on using:

• dr hare is the (fictional) head of an electro swing/ragtime band called ‘harvey hare and the swingin’ sinners’. he’s an old rubberhose cartoon character that was revived recently in the wave of the electro swing tend, and he’s decently popular!

• black widow is an electronic hip hop artist (similar in vein to stromae) who owns a classical art museum in natura. she actually got onto the music scene more recently, and wants to prove more ‘street’ genres like hip hop are just as valuable from an artistic/historical standpoint as classical music!

• the binary bard is an electronic bardcore artist (which i could NOT find samples of on youtube, oddly enough) who performs primarily in cast tech, and he goes HARD on the medieval/sci-fi aesthetic. he’s got the same space-man-stick-up-their-ass vibes as DJSS so i like to imagine he’s rivals with them :] also he’s he/they nonbinary

those are just my planned characters, and i might add more like crawfish & zeus depending on the fic’s popularity! (Fun Fact: i also omitted some details of these three’s characters as they’re technically plot spoilers. feel free to guess what they are regardless! 😉)
