Little Things

It’s funny how much someone can change your perspective. You just look at them and see everything, like the way their abnormally large hands somehow always know exactly how to place themselves, or how the little tendon in their neck jumps out when they scream too loud. They make you realize that you’ve never taken the time to notice those things - those small insignificant yet beautiful things - about people, and slowly you catch yourself looking. You catch yourself noticing the way people’s eyes crinkle when they laugh and the way their mouth twitches when they frown - all because of one person.
