When I was a younger Trainer I had the good fortune of meeting and providing my services to senior level executives. these humans have become friends and we have worked together for well over a decade. Some for so long I have honestly forgotten how old they are. Among them one of my favorites is Gail Frank. A former Television Director and founding member of NY Women in Film. If women's boxing or MMA would have been what they are today I'm sure she would have at least given it a crack in her prime. I met Gail in her late 60's and today as we were going over our usual routine I asked how old are you. She said proudly 78 years old. I asked her do you mind if I video tape and share a round she said not only do I not mind make sure to tell them how old I am. So when I say train until the wheels fall off this is what I mean. Training with fight Pros like @Pliniocruzmma is amazing. Training with young Lions @fabian_zavala and @swolesonmma and witnessing their potential and watching development of soon to bebwrecking machines like @thepapiedgar and @sebbie.bjj is a delight but there is something special I get about the joy of life in my Senior Clients that truly is more enriching to me then they will ever know. From my great grandmother to most of my martial arts and performing arts teachers as I become older and before I know it and elder it is nice to know that as long as I can keep moving, I can probably keep punching ain't that right @@twojabsandaright #neverstoplearning #neverloseyoursmile #liveuntilyoucantlivenomore #causewhenyoudeadyoudeadalongtime #thatsrightitrainlittleoldladies #gottaproblemwiththat #dontworryifyouarelucky #youwillgettogrowoldtoo #rideituntilthewheelsfalloff (at Manhattan, New York) https://www.instagram.com/p/B5TyYscJGAH/?igshid=1gmsaoqyyr8m
