I have a lot of similar feelings about this season. My main issue is how intense it’s been emotionally. I had a lot of feelings for season 1, but I didn’t find myself crying after every episode the way I have this season.

Exactly. If I had to use one word to sum up the difference between season one and season two that word would be: tone.
