Oh, she ABSOLUTELY is. Terrible influence, and the best part is she doesn't even realize it. She really just wants to go on cute dates with her girl friends (or girlfriends depending on the canon), have a good time, get some good food or lovely treats which always improve her mood, and then she sees them eat and they're so cute, and they're so clearly enjoying themselves on this break from their diet...she can't help but want them properly full!

Tae, are there any points you pushed your appetite too far? Or any of your patients?

There was this one time Sae came to the clinic super flustered, having walked in on Ann and Makoto glutting themselves at the kitchen table and taking up most of the room...the prosecutor had pushed well beyond her limit and belched so hard as a last moment save that she shattered all the glass in the vicinity. Vials, windows, you name it, it was shards on the floor.
