You shouldn’t

There are lots of things you SHOULD NOT do in social media.

*you SHOULD NOT post your personal life. ~ “Iniwan niya ako, di ko na kaya.” Well, who cares?

*you SHOULD NOT post where you are and what you are doing. ~ “ATM. Bolinao.” “Linis linis din ng bahay pag may time.” Well, who cares?

* you SHOULD NOT post bad or false issues about your friends or family. ~ “I truly hate my Mom.” “My bestfriend has become my worst friend.” Well, who cares?

Etc.

We should be careful in posting and sharing something in the social media world, because sometimes lots of bad things happen. Bad things that time may erase but the hearts and minds cannot. Thinking a thousand times before clicking once is a good idea when we post something. We have to consider that if is it helpful to others or not. Let us use them WISELY.

Day 24

I went shopping today, I basically just got tones of stuff for my new room. The theme of my room is blue, the wall is light aqua blue and then I have blue throw pillows in different shades of blue. I had a tiny binge today, I just had a little chocolate and some ice cream. It’s going to be a busy week at school. Which I’m not looking forward to but my room should be finished by the end of the week. 😀😀 I’ll probably just be uploading pictures and quotes as I might not have time to write a blog post. 😎Emily😎

Day 22

I was sick today. Which I hate because I crave junk food. And I don't eat properly or exercise. Speaking of exercise I haven't done my 30 day challenge yet, I might end up doing at 1 or 2 a.m. But I guess that's ok. I think I'll straighten my hair tomorrow but I need to find ways to get more volume in my hair. I'm currently sat on the sofa with mango (my fat ginger cat) and watching some TV. I've been writing a list of all the things I'll need for my new room. I'm wanting it to look quite tumblr. Kind of like every teenage girls dream 😊🤓 😎Emily😎

Day 21

Only 9 more days until I've finished my 30 day flat abs challenge! It's Friday tomorrow which is great because that means it's the weekend, but I have like the worst classes ever. I feel like one day I will run out of things to say, maybe when I have nothing to say I'll just upload a photo or something like that. This morning I was running so late. I was just so tired this morning so I pressed snooze, just like any other day, but then it was like half an hour later and I was still so tired. My skin needs a bit of TLC, after Christmas and eating all the junk food the chances are that my skins not going to be in top condition but anyway. Apparently it takes 3 weeks for something to become a habit, so I hope that this means that being healthy and working out will be easier because it's more of a habit. 😎Emily😎

Day 19

So... I didn't snack too much tonight and that's unusual because I'm always hungry at night time. Not that I'm complaining though. I'm craving summer fruits, like watermelon and mango and kiwi. Maybe I'm just a bit too excited for summer. But you have to admit, summer is amazing. I want my room to be finished so bad. It's still being redecorated, and I'm still crashing on the sofa. Tomorrow I might skip a blog and share my workout with you guys. I think that would be cool. I'll probably just go to bed now bye. 😎Emily😎

Day 18

Monday wasn’t that bad. It went by quite quick actually. But it was still hard to get up. I only have a few more days until I have finished my 30 day challenge. I’m really excited for summer, I can’t wait to see the results from all my hard work. I was making my own workout today. You know, personalising it to my abilities. I can’t do bicycle crunches because my hip always pops and it hurts so I’m not doing any of them. I feel really happy. Which is good… I think. I’m just really pleased that I’m actually making a difference. I don’t really have much to say so I might just go to bed. Night. 😎Emily😎

Day 17

Ugghh school tomorrow! I love having days to myself. But Saturday is my lazy day and then I spend the whole of Sunday doing homework. I think I need to actually start being really organised. Like plan my whole day, that's probably the best thing to do. I might go do it after I do this blog post. It's quite hard to be organised right now as I don't have a bedroom. It's getting redecorated so I'm crashing on the sofa with the cats. Monday in my school is a longer day which is just annoying. I mean, I already hate Mondays enough why make me hate then even more. I'm hoping that it'll snow really badly and then the bus won't make it so I get an extra day off. But knowing my luck that probably won't happen. I should probably go to sleep now since I have to be up early for school tomorrow bye. 😎Emily😎

Day 16

This morning was good. I made myself an amazing chocolate milkshake and then edited some photos. Tomorrow is going to be a busy day though as I have tones of homework to do. I’m going to start weighing myself more accurately as I used to weigh myself every other day at random times which wasn’t very accurate because your weight changes through out the day. So I’m doing it every Saturday at 3 now. I’ve changed the squats in my 30 day abs and squat challenge to sumo squats. Because I kind of want to make my booty tighter not bigger. At night I always like to think about breakfast, if I know what I’m making for tomorrow I feel more organised. I might have peanut butter on brown bread with some fruit or something like that. Anyway I’m tried to I should probably go to bed. Night. 😎Emily😎
