Write me an essay please :) "your opinion on...Ginny Weasley" :))) jk, a paragraph will do!
@nhu-dles I’m sorry this took so long, I fell asleep!!!!!
Ginny Weasley, in my humble opinion, is the best and most well-developed character in the series. Ginny freaking Weasley was 12 years old - TWELVE YEARS OLD - when she was possessed by Lord Voldemort for almost a year, and lived to tell the tale. Ginny Weasley didn’t let this hold her back AT ALL, she grew from it and became stronger. She loved Harry from the beginning before knowing him, so she stepped back. She got to know herself first and moved on from him, because being comfortable with herself and creating her own life is more important. She befriended Neville and Luna, and never ever let Neville talk down about himself. She didn’t give a fuck what anyone else thought. She practiced quidditch on her own and saved Gryffindor’s team more than once, in both books 5 and 6. She became so independent and badass in book 5 that she was the only person that could get through to Harry when he was so angry and struggling; she put him in his place, rightfully so. She had the courage to stand up to him and not treat him like he was made of glass. She had her own friends, she had boyfriends, she lived her freaking life!!! And when it came to the battle of Hogwarts, all she wanted to do was help. She was constantly being told that she’s too young to do anything, but she knew that she needed to fight, she needed to help. And she did. She did whatever she could to be involved and help others in the school be safe and get away from the battle.
Ginny Weasley is a sarcastic, powerful, courageous, brave ass motherfucking witch who doesn’t let nothing or nobody bring her down and if you don’t see that or love her you’re 100% wrong.
