Excuse me! My dear, if you think we’re killing anything, you’re sorely mistaken. There is always another way. Worst comes to worst I become a whatever-it-is and occasionally have ears and a tail; people have been telling me for years I’m more animal than human (though I disagree--at least so far as humans are animals).

But thank you for the concern. Howabout you start looking up a potion to see if we can keep me from transforming? Or at least making it a bit less horrid? ;D

So what happened with Ethel and the New Year's party?

She told me I had a pesky habit of letting everyone walk all over me, then turned me into a sofa and sat on me.

I’m not exactly sure what her point was. Should I be letting people sit on me instead?

She should have turned me into a doormat.

Other than that, though, a great time! I think the pub was a bit shocked by the new sofa, though—and that it disappeared again by the end of the night.

Tricky. I have a pesky habit of saying most things out loud…

I secretly love it when you’ve done one of your accidental, senseless all-nighters and I have to come over to manage your loopy self. I have a collection of pictures and videos—like the time you put salt in your tea, took a giant gulp, considered it for a moment, and declared you must have ordered mermaid tea.

And no. I’m not telling you where I keep them. Safe to say it’s somewhere you won’t find them!

Oh Hobbes. I'm not going to scold you about it forever or anything, and it doesn't usually come to mind, but you made decisions more than one time. I still believe in you. Reminders--and apparently getting all scary--just help sometimes!

Oh my, thank you for that--although of course the 'awful person' thing was a joke. There's hardly anything scary about me! You were not the villain of our uni experience, not really, just misguided...
