Her blonde brows pinched together in mortification as you brought out the little bell that accompanied the blue lace. Nicole narrowed her eyes and shoved away the cloth, and you relented. Unsurprisingly of course, you always knew when the joke was going too far.

An unsure hum fell from Nicole’s mouth as you put down the lace, when you stepped closer to your beloved wife you noticed just exactly how her eyes lingered on the blue fabric. A teasing smile once more pulled at your lips, but you held back. Letting Nicole make this decision for herself. “It is a rather pretty shade of blue, darling.”

Your hands came up to rest on her waist and rub circles into the small of her back. The very motions caused Nicole to sigh softly and lean her head forwards onto your shoulder, pressing the weight of her skull into your chest. “Oh, right there.” There was a knot of muscles in her back near her hips that loosened when you pressed down in circular motions.

Soon after you had started to massage out the tension in Nicole’s body you led her to your shared bed. Your wife’s blonde hair was splayed out on the sheets as you worked your hands along her spine and through all the muscles in her back that bordered on stones with for tight they were.

And yet, that was a perfect night for you both. Nicole still doesn’t know though that the lace was for you to wear and surprise her for your anniversary ;)
