WTF and HOW DARE!!??
The Labor Day sale social media graphics are MY fucking job, and I was going to have it done today. But no. My boss/CEO of this company decided to do it herself. Why? Cause she has no god damn patience to wait until Monday.
"I worked for several hours" she wrote on an email. SHE JUST FUCKING COPIED AND PASTED THE SAME SHIT FROM LAST YEAR!!! The only "difference" is the sale code and freebies. ONE LINE OF FUCKING TEXT.
Worked for several hours my ass, they look like shit cause they were done half assed in 2024. Instead of actually making good decent looking visuals, I've got ugly scraps to "fix".
I ain't fixing shit, I'm leaving them as is and putting them up. NO ONE IS GOING TO BUY SHIT CAUSE IT LOOKS LIKE SHIT.
The amount of anger and frustration I have with my job specifically towards my boss/CEO of this company keeps growing each passing day.
As the ONLY graphic designer for the past year since the layoffs, there is only so much I can do as a PART TIMER. PLUS PICKING UP THE WXTRA WORK FROM MY SUPERVISOR WHO IS RECOVERING FROM BREAST CANCER!!!!!!!
But also the god damn lack of respect I am given for this role is almost slim to none.
