1. You can choose any three items to have from any fandom, what would they be and why (I mean they are the actual item as used in the media-no deus ex machinas)? The Stargate Atlantis puddle-jumper (converting that into a car!), Aragorn's sword Andúril,and a Star Trek TOS tricorder. 2. What role would you be most comfortable assuming in the Zombie Apocalypse? Either defenses, or tinkerer. I have a mind for considering potential scenarios, and that works for both. Naturally "defense" would be a group, to double check.

3. What is your favorite scent? Yes, I realize that’s a strange question. From my limited options (anosmia) I would say the smell right before it rains. It's very refreshing. 4. If you could be best friends (no friends with benefits or anything of the sort) with anyone in the world, who and why (fictional people are fine)? It may not be my final pick, given enough time to consider, but I'm thinking Robert Downey Jr. He seems to have his shit together, recognizes sexism, knows how it feels to hit rock bottom, and genuinely wants to cultivate happiness in the world. I feel his advice and support as a friend would be amazing. 5. What would be your dream career/job? Head my own game making company. Or be lead programmer. Or both!

6. You’re given fifty thousand to spend. What do you spend it on? Transition, all of it. I'm not even sure.. actually I'm rather confident that wouldn't be enough.

7. You have the option to go back in time and change one event/detail of your personal timeline. Do you do it? If so (if you’re comfortable answering, that is), what is it and why? This ishard to answer. Changing anything would change the whole journey, and I've learned a ton of important stuff in the past year. I'm not sure if I'd change my gender directly. Either to be cis male or cis female. Maybe tell myself to learn what trans means far sooner, but I would not have been able to explore that living with my parents. Actually, I would change my attitude toward classes. I'm very lacking in motivation in regards to grades. If I had worked by butt off properly, I'd have more credits under my belt. And maybe, maybe, I'd be in a better position to fund my transition goals.

8. What is your dream pet? Exotic or domestic.

Pangolin! =D 9. Will you join my small survival group when the zombies come? Of course! 10. You can only own one personal piece of electronic equipment for the rest of your life (no using someone else’s or visiting a library, etc). What is it? It would have to be something I could tinker with/upgrade. The ability to program new features is a must. Being able to add random widgets as desired would make the limitation bearable.

An episode of Psych just ended, and I think I’m going to bed shortly.

15: when did you make your tumblr?

Oh, uh, I think a while ago. But I didn’t really start using it until I was dating someone that was active. Even though I’m not in touch with her now, I’m really glad I ended up on here.

17: do you like where you live?

Yea. Well apartment life in general. Actually our lease is ending soon, and we’re looking for cheaper places.

1.Do you want a boyfriend or girlfriend?

Either would be lovely! (: But I’m still in a place where I need to focus on myself for a while, namely get moving on transition-related stuff. As I’m starting to actually have my budget under control again.Essentially, I’m not satisfied with my ability to maintain my own happiness, so I’m not going to put that pressure on someone else right now. (This is okay.)

3.Are you a jealous person?

Yes. I’ve gotten SO MUCH BETTER about it though, imo. My knee-jerk reaction is jealousy, but I remind myself that it’s unnecessary and unreasonable. Usually still feel a pang of jealousy about whatever, but can ignore it.

12.Are you mad at someone right now?

THE PATRIARCHY. lol. Well yea that. I’m far more likely to be mad at underlying racism/sexism/oppression of society and how it’s imbedded in people since birth than be mad at people directly. As I mostly socialize with people that are good natured.Sometimes I’m frustrated that situations don’t allow for me to break down exactly why what someone said is problematic, though. :/ (Like at work.)

17.Will you get married?

I would like to, someday! Legality be damned.

29.How many TRUE friends do you have?

It seems like a little more than I expected, given how well coming out to a few people has gone. (: Oh I should say a number? Uh definitely more than 4.

37.Can you live a day without TV?

TV? Yea no problem. Don’t even have cable. Internet? Nuuuuu! D:

I respectfully refuse this question, as I wish to maintain only being known as Riley on tumblr. This is emotionally important to me.

42.Do you believe that everyone has a soul-mate?

Yes! And more than one. The concept of a soul-mate is not exclusive to a romantic relationship.In my mind (right now), a soul-mate can be someone that stays “compatible” with you (for whatever your relationship is) over all the changes you each go through. The people you are when you first meet can be drastically different than the people you are just a few years down the road. I suppose it’s essentially a BFF. (:

Wtf it’s college.

haha my school is barely a college.  our class sizes are so small and we do so much in class that it's obvious when we miss.  most teachers think it's dumb since it's our own fault.  it's the evil registrar lady and her husband's fault.  ughhhhhhh.
