Inosuke with a Demon s/o
You first meet the Tanjirou and Nezuko when you were heading out of Tamayo’s clinic and later on would see them in a different town with the rest of the Kamboko Gang and help them find another demon
Tanjirou would then introduce you to Inosuke and his rowdiness, it was quite a clash to you’re peaceful nature to say the least
Inosuke knew that because you were a demon you had to be extremely strong like Other demons maybe even stronger than Nezuko
Just the thought of fighting someone that strong had him itching to fight you as soon as he met you
But as he went to bum rush you head first into it as always, he collided with the wall behind you leaving a decent size bump on his head
He started looking around for where you went and he whirled around to see you standing poise and smiling next to Tanjirou
From that day on he vowed to catch you off guard and fight you and win
Each day he seek you out and challenge you to battles all of which ending in him either running into things and getting bruises and lumps all over his body, especially his head, or losing most of his stamina and having to sit down and take a bit of a breather, not that he’ll admit to that anyways he’s just giving you a break, sometimes both will happen and he’ll look absolutely wrecked even though you haven’t layered a single finger on him
When either of those things happen though, you’re always there with a rather teasing smile on your face with both oranges and jasmine tea waiting for him and some bandages and medicinal creams for his scrapes and contusions
Your surprised he hasn’t given himself a horrible concussion by now, but maybe hanging around hard head Tanjirou has done him more good than he thinks
You’re always there to take care of him after your little “fights” and you’ve learned to just let him tire himself out after all he becomes much more docile when defeated
He does like the way that you give him attention though especially when you talk about how you admire his tenacity when it comes to fighting, it makes his head all fuzzy and his face starts to heat up a bit
But as soon as he starts to feel that weird sensation spread to his chest he springs up and sprints away from you vowing to be back to fight you again
One day you were tending to your garden, completely enrapt on your plants and retrieving the required herbs for the medicinal salve you used for Inosuke’s injuries, so much so that you didn’t notice the fast approaching footsteps of said person
You had barely noticed him at the last moment, only able to turn around and see him for a split second before he comes into a full on collision with you knocking you both back with such force that it almost leaves your lungs empty, your head is definitely feeling jostled after that
Though it felt all the more scrambled when you looked up at Inosuke who was now on sitting atop your hips and huffing after his antics
His mask had fallen off in the fray, your eyes bearing witness to a sight that you had never thought you’d get to see, viridescent green eyes peering into your very heart searching for what seems to be a millennia only to be accompanied by a rather exuberant sparkle and a loud and gravelly voice
“I FINALLY CAUGHT YOU! HAHAHAHAHAHA! THE GREAT INOSUKE HAS WON AGAIN! NOW YOU HAVE TO BE MY UNDERLING!”
A calm smile returns to your face as you sit up and move him off of you slightly, “If all you wanted was to work alongside me then you could have just asked.”
He sits next to you and for the first time in a long time he thinks about what he wanted from you it was definitely a fight….at first, but now he kinda just wants to be around you
He looks at you and realizes that he actually likes you more than he thought, he liked your reassuring smiles, your serene aura, and the way that you always stuck around with him after your little spars, it made him feel…. at home like there was something he had that he could always have with him, a person that would be there for him and someone he could come back to
He stands up and bellows,“I DON'T WANT YOU TO BE JUST MY UNDERLING! I WANT YOU TO BE WITH ME FOREVER, AND TO BE BY MY SIDE ALL THE TIME!” He snatches your hand and pulls you up, almost dislodging your shoulder at the sudden movement
You stare at him stunned for a moment by the declaration and as you slowly start to understand you let go of his hand, only to grab his face and place a small kiss you his forehead a laid back smile gracing you face once more and staying there as you agree to his proposal
From then on you two were almost inseparable he would always have you watch him in his competitions against Tanjore and Zenitsu, looking for praise when he does something remotely better than either of them
After all his battles with demons he comes to you so that you can work your magic and make him feel relaxed enough to forget about gashes and tears his body has gained
He’s grown all the more fond of your tranquil nature and how it helps soothe him and his mind after each day of fighting
