Give yourself a target when shooting for a goal! I need to hear that today too. Jason has been focusing on the warped wall lately. Putting the sticky notes on the wall gave him a target to go for. My boys competed at the @iowagames Ninja Competition @ninjaugym and I want to mention two things I'm incredibly proud of ... 1) Ben competed up an age group and still took 1st (notice the height difference 😂).
