Okay, so I've been playing this awesome little plug-and-play with 200 games called RetroPlay, and all of them seem to be more-or-less original 8-bit games (at least none seemed to be ripoffs). Then I stumbled upon "DADA", a game whose name makes little sense, wherein you play a bear running around trying to save a penguin from some type of creature that is too badly rendered to tell what it is. Immediately I could see it was just POPEYE with other characters overlaid. They even used the POPEYE MUSIC! Then I get to Level 2, where they just must have been like "Fuck it" and decided not to redo Swee'Pea. Or the Sea Hag's vultures. Or her skulls she throws. And you know what?
