Cocktail Party ♪ ♪ ♪ ~
In one of the challenges we were to design an outfit after a flower!... Tessy.. got dark vines. But Tessy sure knew how to rock the look ;)
One of the entries was a make-over of a book/magazine that already existed in Neopets! Tessy got this one.
I had fun not just designing the outfit and coloring Tessy- but also adding various actual neopets items- can you tell the name of some of them?
