My clock ticking is getting louder
So, I'm going to 6:00am spin tomorrow??
I am no soft nudge nor gentle rousing caress I am a shotgun blast I am a jolt I bring you back revive you remind you what it is to feel alive and breathing some are grateful most are afraid hearts pound either way perhaps, in my next life, I shall be built with a snooze setting…
Yesterday
I did some yoga, practiced my mountain pose a bit, and woke up without hitting snooze. It still feels good to wake up early and have time and not feel rushed. I also have continued my daily flossing! Woot!
Today I have already completed my no snooze goal and hopefully will feel good enough to do some yoga later.
We are in for a huge snowstorm today, so our office will probably close early and will hopefully have a snow day tomorrow! As much as I hate the snow, I love snow days. So here is hoping.
I did decide to take away the goal of 8 glasses of water a day. I found that I don't want to overwhelm myself with too many small goals. Hopefully I will put it on the agenda for next month, that doesn't mean I'm not going to drink water, it just means I am not going to keep track of it as much.
Anyways, here is too the magical journey! Have a magical day everyone :)
Just got done practicing yoga after a very interesting day at work. I am currently going through the yoga with Adriene, foundations of yoga playlist on Youtube. Today's pose was Vrksasana or Tree Pose. I had a hard time with the balance on this but can honestly say, post workout, I feel great!
So far today I have accomplished:
Wake up with no snooze
Yoga workout (I am happy I was able to do this because I have been feeling a little sore from past workouts)
Drank 2 of 8 glasses of water (probably would have been more had our work not provided us with champagne!)
Still have to floss, but I usually do that at night when I brush my teeth. Now I am off to class with my bottle of water :)
