River’s Curio Shop is open for business!

River offered to tell Nerida’s fortune...

Nerida: “Very well, I will participate in your scrying ritual, landwalker.”

But had less success telling one of the townies about the many benefits of a grilled cheese diet.

Willow: “You want high cholesterol? This is how you get high cholesterol.”

Noah (another of my playables) bought a few things...

River: “Thank you for your purchase, your lucky number is 6, in case you wanted to know.”

Noah: “Err, thanks? I don’t gamble though.”

While Jessica (playable #3) told River exactly what she thought of her mystical powers.

Jessica: “I think it’s all bullshit. No offence.”

River: “I understand; the close-minded and ignorant often reject the Higher Mysteries.”

Jessica: “The only mystery here is how you’re gonna pretend to tell anyone’s fortune using that simoleon-store Halloween prop. Is that thing even real glass?”

All in all, it was a productive first day.

Next up are Aaron and Noah Robinson, two newlyweds who embody the “opposites attract” trope. Aaron is an impulsive, outgoing fitness enthusiast who dreams of becoming a famous sports star one day and can often be seen riding the waves on his surfboard, whereas Noah is a reserved, conscientious young doctor who prefers his books and stargazing. 

They love one another though, and dream of adopting a baby one day.

*Miró sus manos mientras lo escuchaba, casi sin caer en cuenta que iba a decir, incluso riéndo al escuchar lo de Sebastian.

*Y volvió rápidamente a sus ojos, mordiéndose el labio inferior con una sonrisa escondida. Hace un tiempo atrás lo había esperado ansiosamente, cometiéndo errores, pero había aprendido que con Noah no necesitaban tener los títulos para saber lo que tenían. 

*Pero ahora, escuchandolo, sabía que estaban listos, los dos. 

— Creo que estamos listos para tener los títulos. — Sonrió ampliamente para besarlo, de pronto.
