I think we're not quite communicating on the same wavelength. I think i get what you're saying, i just got wary when it sounded to me like you said you immediately distrust any group painted as intelligent

ahh, you’re talking about when white non-Jewish folks imply intelligence of other groups with a “scheming”/conspiracy theory connotation, yeah that’s also a gross-ass thing. 

to clarify-- I don’t distrust groups painted as intelligent by others, I distrust when someone is strongly equating intelligence with goodness or virtue, which in my experience, especially in the context of technologically literate white men describing other technologically literate white men, usually correlates with a belief in eugenics and/or broader white supremacy

(and no worries about the extra letters/characters in the ask)

i actually have 3 things due tommorrow for the same class, hence the desperation and one of them i to make sure i graduate on time tbh
