             tiny curly-headed geek approaches her newly assigned history project partner. (truth be told, she’d rather be partnerless, since she seems to always have all the work to herself.) all the other pairs had been picked. it was simply that no one wanted to work with the either of them, + so they were paired together. she offers a shy smile, setting her overlarge books down. “h-hi.” she’s barely whispering. “an-n-nnet-tte.”

        watching  the  social  hierarchy  tumble  down  in  north  shore  was  strange;  she  never  thought  she’d  see  it  happen  (  or  at  least  not  while  regina  george  was  around  ).   as  thankful  as  she  was  that  her  high  school  environment  was  ---  seemingly  ---  nicer  now,  she  didn’t  know  how  to  act  in  it.   in  a  time  where  the  walls  judgment  weren’t  so  high  anymore,  gretchen  doesn’t  think  she’s  ever  felt  so  out  of  place.  ❛    uh,  hi.   can  i  sit  here ?    ❜
