Hey remember that time I asked for prompts? Yeah….still filling those. :P Here’s a little one for the fabulous sherlolly!!!! <3
sherlolly replied to your post “Alright, for reals, I’m off to grade things. Buuuut…….if you guys…”
PLEEEZEEE do a Sherlolly where Molly praises Sherlock for something and he acts all bashful and pleased, like he really values her praise?
“Mmmmm,” Molly moaned as she took a bite of the dessert in front of her. “Sherlock, this is divine! Seriously! I didn’t know you could bake.” She took another bite and let contented sigh escape as she chewed.
The Watsons had invited Sherlock, Molly, Greg, and Mrs. Hudson over for dinner. They decided on pot luck style and Sherlock, much to everyone’s surprise, had volunteered to bring dessert. Actually, it was less that he volunteered and more that he demanded he get to bring dessert or else he wasn’t bringing anything. The others gathered around the table and watched in amusement as Molly continued to voice her love of Sherlock’s dessert and Sherlock, much to everyone’s surprise, started to get a bit pink.
“Molly, really, it’s nothing. Baking is simply chemistry and I am rather good at chemistry,” he said, almost bashfully. Greg’s eyes widened and he looked over to John who incredulously mouthed “rather good?”. Mrs. Hudson and Mary exchanged a rather pleased look as they took bites of their dessert.
“Oh my god, Sherlock, I might just have to chain you up in my flat and have you bake for me all the time,” Molly said, staring dreamily at her dessert. Sherlock coughed in surprise and Molly’s head shot up and her face turned red. “Oh god. Did I say that out loud?”
The men at the table had matching flabbergasted expressions, although Sherlock’s face was now very flushed and his gaze kept darting around, unable to look anyone in the eye. Mary though, chuckled and winked at Molly, who was blushing even worse than Sherlock. “Don’t worry, Molly. I’m sure Sherlock wouldn’t mind being chained up – he is rather fond of his riding crop, after all.”
Sherlock glared daggers at Mary, who happily took another bite of dessert, and then he turned his attention to Molly. “Molly, I would be pleased to make you dessert whenever you desire.”
“In exchange for some body parts?” she questioned cheekily, before taking another bite of the chocolate confection.
Sherlock’s grin was small but genuine. “I think that we could arrange something.”
Greg, Mary, and John looked conspiratorially at each other, but Mrs. Hudson just sighed exasperatedly. “Oh for heaven’s sake, Sherlock. You two are just being silly now. It’s not as if you’ve been discreet. I’ve told you that you need to quiet down at night.”
Everyone’s heads whipped towards Mrs. Hudson and Sherlock and Molly’s respective blushes only deepened. “Oh. Maybe you have been more discreet than I thought.”
