Well, today's outdoor Baby Shower didn't go to well. The rain showers proved to be too much! After a week of rain and monitoring the weather forecast, the chance of rain went from 90% on Monday down to 60% 50% 40% and today it was down to 20% at 7 AM. By the time I arrived at the event at Noon, it was all the way down to 10%. So I was thinking, oh great it's not going to rain. Well, 3 songs in, the heavens opened up and it poured down so much that the tents and tarps that were put up didn't stand a chance against Mother Nature, and I had to actually shut it down, and couldn't perform! 😢 It really sucked because the client put so much time and effort into having a very nice baby shower for her niece. And it was very beautifully done as you can see it the pictures, but it had to go on without the DJ. The only good thing about it was there wasn't going to be any dancing anyway because of the limited space, so it was just going to be background music. So they had to play music off of someone's cell phone and they made the best of it.
