He wasn’t sure how much time had passed, it was hard to keep track when his consciousness was only just barely there. Had it been days? Years? He wasn’t sure. Wouldn’t be surprised if it had been so long that the earth got overrun by aliens. Certainly long enough that Adriel’s body felt so damn stiff, man he could really use a good soak in some hot water to loosen up the muscles.
But, best to say his thanks to whoever broke that damn seal and let him out of his tomb and get the rest of these formalities out of the way.
“You, human girl. You have my deepest gratitude for freeing me from my long imprisonment,” hopefully he was using the right language for this. “My name is Adriel, because you’ve released me I’m in your debt and service until you should find no more use for me.”
No use complaining, rules are rules after all. The curse said he had to serve whoever freed him.

🌹 What is their idea of a perfect date?
He’d love to go out, then come back in for some private time, but he isn’t picky. His ships lately have been w/ introverts and he’s happy just....homing it up w/ them
Perfect would probably be...doing some exercise/walking, going out to eat, then coming home and getting snuggly, and sleeping together interpret that how u want
Another neat idea is a trip to the hot springs or a hot bath, gotta love that.
