Do y'all know how hard it is to keep a low carb diet when your wifey makes stuff this good for supper??? Impossible! Tomato cracker salad and a pasta/cheese/tomatoes/sausage thingy. Yea...it doesn't really have a name but it is sooooooo gooooood! The tomato cracker salad takes me back to when we would eat at my Grandaddy Thornton's and my great Aunt Bonnie would make it!
