Nokia N72, one of the hottest smartphones to enter the industry way back in the reign of the Symbian S60 UI made by Nokia, proved that style and software should come together at hand. Judging by the looks of this phone, you can see that it’s crafted with awesome colors and back covers—available in black and pink; both with a glossy and smooth feel.

It follows the same appearance/design as the Nokia N70, one of the first few Nseries handsets to dominate the market, with the exception of the redesigned keypad to bring freshness to the already familiar look.

Black and pink Why did they release it in black and pink? Simple. Guys like the black color as a sign of masculinity and girls love the pink one for pretty obvious reasons. Nokia aimed this beautiful piece of device to both sexes – male and female. They even added those flower and boxes design on the sliding back cover, too.

Smart enough The said device is smart enough to pack different features mostly found in its predecessors – two-megapixel camera with built-in flash, Symbian S60 OS, Bluetooth, WAP browsing, FM radio, 3D Java games support and Pop-Port connection. The only downside is the lack of 3G support which makes Internet browsing a nightmare, and the lack of front-facing camera for video calling.

Also, because of its use of the Pop-Port proprietary technology by Nokia, you can’t connect any of your personal 3.5 mm headphones. Isn’t that a big deal already? What do people say about Nokia N72? Let’s check their reviews: 1. GSM Arena says that it “fascinates with its truly genuine design and construction conception.” 2. InfoSync World stated that the phone’s pros are above-par camera and music player; excellent for making calls and texting; stereo FM radio while its cons are as follows: “Could stand to shed a few pounds around the waist; RS-MMC poor choice for memory expansion.” 3. While Rahul Sachdeva of Review Stream asks, “How many times do we have to experience a liquid damage kind of problem in our phones?”
