If selected, what will my nominated candidate receive and when? Based on the nominations received, the candidate and the impact, an endorsement will be issued within 3 weeks. What is the nomination timeframe? Nominations until January 7, 2020 will be accepted to ensure that we didn't miss any candidate running in the 2020 election. कोटा जिले में अब तक 34 प्रत्याशियों ने भरे नामांकन

न्यूजवेव @ कोटा राज्य विधानसभा आमचुनाव में नामांकन के पांचवे दिन शनिवार को कुल 14 प्रत्याशियों ने अपने नामांकन दाखिल कियेे। जिले के 6 विधानसभा क्षेत्रों से अब तक 34 प्रत्याशियों ने नामांकन भरे हैं। जिला निर्वाचन अधिकारी (कलक्टर) गौरव गोयल ने बताया कि शनिवार को कोटा उत्तर विधानसभा क्षेत्र से भाजपा के प्रहलाद गुंजल, निर्दलीय नीरज अग्रवाल, वेलफेयर पार्टी ऑफ इंडिया के नईम आजाद ने, कोटा दक्षिण में भारतीय राष्ट्रवादी समता पार्टी के नयन कालरा, निर्दलीय दिनेश चंद, अभिनव राजस्थान के राजन राजगुरू, बहुजन समाज पार्टी के रामचरण एवं निर्दलीय धनराज शर्मा ने नामांकन दाखिल किये। उन्होंने बताया कि विधानसभा क्षेत्र पीपल्दा में सीपीआईएम के धूलीचंद बोरदा ने, सांगोद में बीकेएनपी के धनराज, आम आदमी पार्टी के योगेन्द्र कुमार ने नामांकन दाखिल किये। इसी तरह लाडपुरा विधानसभा क्षेत्र से भारतीय युवा शक्ति के राजेश गोचर ने तथा रामंगजमंडी में भारतीय युवा शक्ति के भंवर कुमार रावल एवं निर्दलीय गिरिराज सिंह सिसोदिया ने नामांकन दाखिल किये। जिला निर्वाचन अधिकारी ने बताया कि पीपल्दा में 3, सांगोद में 4, कोटा उत्तर में 7, कोटा दक्षिण में 12, लाडपुरा में 5 एवं रामगंजमंडी में 3 प्रत्याशियों ने नामांकन पत्र दाखिल किये हैं। उल्लेखनीय है कि प्रमुख राजनीतिक दलों की सूचियां देरी से जारी होने से जिले में नामांकन प्रकिया अब तक धीमी चल रही थी, सोमवार से विभिन्न दलों के प्रत्याशियों के नामाकंन में तेजी आएगी। Read the full article

12 नवंबर से नामाकन पत्र भरने का आगाज

विधानसभा चुनावी समर-2018: नामांकन के समय सिर्फ पांच व्यक्ति एवं तीन वाहनों की अनुमति रहेगी न्यूजवेव @ कोटा राजस्थान में विधानसभा आमचुनाव-2018 के लिए मतदान प्रक्रिया 12 नवंबर (सोमवार) से शुरू होगी, प्रातः 11 बजे से सांय 3 बजे तक सम्बन्धित रिटर्निंग अधिकारी कार्यालय में नामांकन दाखिल किये जा सकेंगे। जिला निर्वाचन अधिकारी (कलक्टर) गौरव गोयल ने बताया कि सोमवार से विधानसभा के प्रत्याशी नामांकन दाखिल कर सकेंगे। संबंधित विधानसभा क्षेत्र प्रत्याशी अपने-अपने क्षेत्रों के रिटर्निंग अधिकारी को निर्धारित आवेदन पत्र के साथ नामांकन दाखिल कर सकते है। नामांकन के समय अभ्यर्थी सहित केवल 5 व्यक्ति नामांकन के समय उपस्थित रह सकेंगे।

उन्होंने बताया कि प्रत्याशी को केवल तीन वाहनों की अनुमति होगी, जिनको कार्यालय से 100 मीटर दूर पार्क करना होगा। नामांकन के समय आदर्श आचार संहिता की सख्ती से पालना कराई जायेंगी। रिटर्निग अधिकारी के कार्याय एवं बाहर सम्पूर्ण समय वीडियोग्राफी होगी। अभ्यर्थी को संबंधित रिटर्निंग अधिकारी चुनाव आयोग द्वारा निर्धारित खर्च का विवरण, लोक प्रतिनिधितत्व अधिनियम एवं आचार-संहिता के बारे में जानकारी देंगे। उन्होंने सभी रिटर्निग अधिकारियों को पर्याप्त पुलिस व्यवस्था के साथ आचार-सहिता की पालना सुनिश्चित करने के निर्देश दिये। कोई कॉलम खाली नहीं रहे नामांकन के समय अभ्यर्थी को चुनाव आयोग द्वारा निर्धारित नामांकन प्रपत्र के सभी कॉलम भरने होंगे। फोन व मोबाइल नम्बर, सोशल मीडिया एकाउन्ट व ईमेल की जानकारी एवं आपराधिक मामलों के संबंध में भी स्पष्ट सूचना देनी होगी। इस बार सामान्य व ओबीसी वर्ग के अभ्यर्थी को 10,000, एससी व एसटी वर्ग के अभ्यर्थी को 5,000 की जमानत राशि जमा करानी होगी। एक अभ्यर्थी अधिकतम 4 नामांकन भर सकते हैं। Read the full article
