Fail Friday and Saturday
So Friday was horrible. I had 1 591 ml bottle coke. a can 355 ml and a coke from McDonald's I ate McDonald's and had a slice of pizza I had a chocolate bar and some chips. The only healthy thing that I had at all yesterday was my breakfast which was egg whites by blue menu.with cheese in it. Today wasn't really any better either. Had a Pepsi in a can the large cans cause they were 2 for a dollar. I had a smaller 355 ml can of Pepsi with my actual first meal today. And my breakfast was a Reese Peanut butter cup. I had a chicken Caesar salad pita from Extreme Pita for my very first official meal and then when we went to McDonald's so my hubby and kids could eat. I went up and got a poutine so that crossed out my healthy meal. I barely have drank any water. And I have been running to the bathroom all day because I had a cold slice of pizza last night at like 1:30 and then pretty much went to bed.
We went shopping today and I stocked up on my healthy foods, so it's back to no more fast food. I also bought my self a new lunch bag and some containers so I can bring my own lunch to work from now on. Only reason I ate out yesterday and today was because we hadn't done groceries yet which we did today Saturday. ugh I need to smarten up and just do what I need to do to loose this weight once and for all. I am now doing a job were I am always on the move and lifting and pulling heavy things all the time. No more excuses for my eating to be shit. So I will be sharing starting tomorrow every single thing I eat and drink to be accountable. And posting here more often along with doing weekly goals as well and weekly update videos
