We went through a very intense period where A2 was DIFFICULT. At last we kind of figured out that she was beyond frustrated with wearing a nappy – she was 2 and a half and felt ready to get off of the nappies. So we took her out of school for 3 days and potty trained her. The first day was hell, the second a bit worst. Only on day 3 did we reach the turning point. For the first 2 days she cried for her nappy, then cried if you threatened to put it back on. By day 3 she threw them away and dressed herself, complete with a panty. We still get our fair share (and more) of “I don’t want to” and more than our share of waterworks, but in general her mood has improved, she is sleeping better, eating better, talking more and all in all look better. All because she is empowered. So glad we figured out what was bothering her and that we could jump in and fix it. Weird to have 2 kids out of nappies, but so grateful that she is the last. Love them, but very glad that there will be no more babies 🤭🤪 #pottytrain #nomorenappies #A2 #toddler #momofgirls #instahappy #lifestyleblogger #ipreview via @preview.app (at Pretoria, South Africa) https://www.instagram.com/p/B1vP-pWJD77/?igshid=1mmmkrs6f5tnx
