For everyone who hates Chloe's personality and behavior, let me give you some insight.
First off, she doesn't have such a loving family. Now, I'm not going to go as far and to say she's ignored and emotionally abused, because that's not true. It seems like to me that Audrey and Andre both have a hard time showing their love for Chloe, and they do it in different ways. When Audrey agrees with Chloe, she takes it as a form of love. When Andre buys her things and takes her suggestions (read: semi-threats) Chloe treats it as a form of love.
Now, imagine having a classroom full of people who have loving parents, and they show it. They say 'I love you to their kids and give them hugs constantly. Being in Chloe's shoes would be hard. She must envy that kind of love that the other parents show, because she's never truly experienced something like that for herself. Chloe just has a hard time appreciating her friends, like Sabrina. She just seems to lack the emotion and knowing because her parents never showed any sort of love like that around her. They fight and squabble a lot, so it's only fair for Chloe to seem rude because she just can't show people that she loves them
As for her hating Marinette/Ladybug, she has a full right to. When Chloe found the Bee Miraculous on the Eiffel Tower, it was luck. However, Ladybug took back the Bee Miraculous, and returned it to Master Fu. However, later on in another episode, Ladybug gives Chloe, specifically Chloe, the bee miraculous And why?
Ladybug could have chosen anyone else for the role of being the Bee Miraculous holder. She didn't have to choose Chloe, and it was stupid to even do that since literally everyone pretty much knew her identity. But Ladybug insisted that Chloe have the miraculous. Chloe didn't even do anything to deserve the miraculous yet Ladybug gave it to her anyway. Ladybug, weather she realize it or not, was baiting Chloe on multiple times. Ladybug didn't (and shouldn't) have given Chloe back the miraculous, and I think Ladybug knows it. Chloe's feelings at the end of s3 were valid, because ladybug had no right to drag Chloe on and give her hope that she was going to be a superhero And if the new Queen Bee or whatever the new Bee Miraculous holder will call herself is actually Chloe's sister, my heart will break. Chloe just doesn't deserve that. Chloe is angry because she's been cheated out of many things and I don't blame her.
