kinda! just one boy whos kinda tossed around between aus and he has 2 different designs in my head because sometimes hes adopted and not their birth child

his name is Natsuki (mitsuki > katsuki > natsuki. name fun!) and as far as birth child design he has wild light brown hair, big round auburn eyes and pink cheeks. hes loud all the time but usually happy and playful. his quirk is called Grenade and its exactly what it sounds like. he can turn any object into a grenade so long as his sweat is on the object. the more sweat coating said object and the bigger it is, the bigger the explosion

What happened in the Kiri///Baku realm that made you hate the ship? (Such a shame.)

well, it started when i wrote a fic about unrequited crushes where kirishima had a crush on his best friend (bakugou), and said best friend told him that he had a crush on a girl (uraraka). lots of people told me that the work was homophobic and that i need to die so like, that wasn’t a good time. 

its not really the ship itself that i hate, because i get the appeal and i liked it once upon a time, but a lot of the shippers treat it like it’s the main ship of a series that isn’t about either of them. and i get it, *being excited about your ship to the point that it’s hard to differentiate canon from fanon and then building up all their moments together to make them = boyfriend (”it had to be you”), but a lot of the shippers also... forget that bakugou has other close friends. it’s always about how kirishima is his only friend how kirishima is the only person who understands him how kirishima is the only person who makes bakugou happy, and it just ruins a dynamic when people exclude every other person that’s put work into a relationship with another character. 

and im not just saying for bakugou either, but you can’t forget that kaminari is just as close with him as kirishima. but a lot of the shippers also treat kirishima as if no one else is good enough for him unless it’s bakugou, like for example they see mina and ignore her or even hate her because she’s a girl and his friend and they have a good dynamic that could “get in the way”. it’s all about wanting the gay rep we all want and deserve, but it’s also like everyones forgetting that a shonen is a shonen in the end.

there are good kr//bk shippers out there who are just here to enjoy their ship and enjoy their show and enjoy their characters, just like any fan of any series. so like, this isn’t a callout or anything, not to them or anyone. i just can’t ship it because all positive feelings pertaining to kirishima and bakugou being romantically involved together were just destroyed for me.

how can you run an askblog for a poly ship where you dont like/are not a fan of 1/3s of the relationship? Youre bias is kacchako so why not do a kacchako themed ask blog instead of dragging Kirishima into the mix?
