After 98 hours of Noogleberry, I finally got a little permanent growth 😍

Omg! It worked I can't believe it! I just started week 8 yesterday, of noogling (Noogleberry breast pump) everyday, and Finally! I got 0.7 cm growth last week ❤️ I am so happy, because I noogle for 1 hour each time, twice a day, so basically I got dissapointed 98 times for not getting growth. The 100 hour mark really holds true! So wow ok, this stuff works. I was kind of mentally giving up on the idea 2 weeks ago. I am glad I pulled through and stayed motivated by other girls stories. So where does this 5:2 Noogleberry method come from? I mean, we all just believe and try whatever we can find on forums on this. But where is it based off? This book wrote down an experiment on granulation tissue formation. With continued vaccuum use there is an increase if 63.3%. With the 5 minutes hold, 2 minutes release, there is an increase of 103.4%. Very interesting!

Stopped flaxseed and soy method to see

I did a grounded flaxseed and full fat toasted soy and whole milk method for almost 6 months, and stopped 2 months ago with that. I grew from a 32B to a 32F. When I stopped, I shrinked 1 cupsize and am now a 32E. So basically I have had 3 cupsizes of permanent growth. Great to know, and I will try it again in the future!

Increase breastmuscle with noogleberry faster

Here is an interesting alternative view on how to increase the pectoralis muscle underneith your breast. I don’t know about you, but when I use the Noogleberry, a big portion on top where the muscle is also swells and gives me this amazing cleavage 😍 There is no actual breast tissue there I know for sure, so it is actually the muscle that makes my breast look even more beautiful. If we can work this muscle and help it a bit while having the NB on, it might give faster Noogleberry results. Have a look in this link (it is for bodybuilding lol, but same principle can be applied). Maybe find a stretching device on Aliexpress or a sport shop, to really work and enhance the pectoralis muscle (chest muscle) group. Just also don't forget to take your proteins too afterwards for the best results! :)

Nipple substance uptake - Scientific paper

So nipple uptake is a form of transdermal uptake (through skin). And this fun article shows about how much the nipple can take up substances through the nipple. Since you apply this locally, the uptake in breast tissue is much higher than if taken systemically (oral pill for example)

I am going to try this out soon with Deer Antler Velvet powder, it has IGF-1 in it which is an essential growth factor for boob growth. I will add random lotion to this, and put a silicone nipple cover on it so I can wear it all day and it can take up the substance. I got those nipple covers from Noogleberry website, but you can buy them anywhere on amazon or ebay. My deer antler velvet is from aliexpres. So I decided to start this blog and keep the world updated on my personal NBE journey.

My goal would be 70J cup, but that is far from what I am right now. I am super motivated and have already grown three cupsizes in the last half year. I think I responded well to the BCP, whole milk, grounded flaxseed and toasted full fat soy flour. I am waiting right now with any other hormonal treatment, since I try to get Spironolactone from the GP. Possibly I have PCOS, since I am a hairy girl and still have acne while being almost 30 years old.

Spironolactone is also used in Hormone Therapy in transgender girls, figured it would be interesting to see how that turns out.
