GRATTAN BRIDGE [KNOWN LOCALLY AS CAPEL STREET BRIDGE]-158853 by William Murphy Via Flickr: I live locally and I know this as Capel Street Bridge rather than Grattan Bridge and I remember my Grandmother referring to it as Essex Bridge. Grattan Bridge is a road bridge spanning the River Liffey in Dublin and it connects Capel Street to Parliament Street and the south quays.
