The weather Friday and Saturday was simply fantastic. 16C felt like 25C and it finally felt as though spring had arrived. On Friday after work I decided to go and take a little walk to enjoy the evening sunshine. This is the North Coast Path just above Boulay Bay, my local beach i.e. the nearest one to my house. There is no place as lovely as Jersey when the sun shines. I am so lucky to be able to call this tiny island my home. Getting out into nature, taking some exercise and being grateful for what I have are all ways in which I can reduce the effects of anxiety. And they’re all free! The forecast for the coming week is looking good so I’m going to try and get in some after-work beach walks if I can.
