這家說好找也不好找， 在台南好市多附近， 不小心就會錯過他！ 涼拌黑木耳 微微的酸味， 還有微微的薑味， 加上黑木耳脆脆的口感， 是一道很開胃的小菜， 可以跟豬排交錯搭著吃， 也比較不會膩！ 厚切炸豬排套餐 雖然是點厚切炸豬排， 但感覺還不到厚切的程度， 也也還過得去啦， 炸的還可以， 不會過油，也不乾柴， 不沾醬單純吃起來也沒有豬肉的腥味， 嚼勁跟嫩度都夠， 沾上酸甜的泰式醬， 還算是順口， 但這泰式醬比較像市售的醬料， 不像是店家自己調配的， 熱的時候軟嫩， 冷的吃有嚼勁但不柴。 濃湯的料給的很足， 雖然剛上桌時給我一種很像市售的濃湯包， 但是湯匙舀起來後， 是滿滿的料頭， 看了吃了也開心， 沙拉 醬料是日式和風醬的味道， 他們將裡面的水果都切成較小的個頭， 所以帶小孩來吃也不用怕噎到， 整個拿來作為這餐的收尾很可以 飲料選了鮮榨柳丁汁， 沒有多餘的甜味， 喝下去是清爽的柳丁香氣， 但是顏色看起來很淡， 不知道是不是有加蘋果汁， 但喝起來沒有蘋果味。 #brunch #tainan #northdistrict #industrystyle #oldfactory #alter #japanesestyle #oldstuff #zakka #thickcutfriedpork #tonkatsu #japanesedressing #fungussalad #pottage #orangejuice #retrostuff （在 昶态商行） https://www.instagram.com/p/B6TD777ASN0/?igshid=zj8gc4wauypm
