Wait oh my god I was in Paradise back in the summer and loved it - how did I miss that you're up that way (also remind me to bug you about biology [mostly ecology and zoology] jobs up there because I actually loved it and also want to get the fuck out of the DC area)
oh!! i knew i should have put this in the description of that pic lol but i am NOT from the UP. my grandparents/ great aunt/uncles are but I’ve only visited (and almost moved to escanaba in HS). i have no earthly idea why you’d want to leave DC for the UP but to each their own! i don’t know anyone doing animal stuff up there but if i do i can certainly try to hook you up! (it is very pretty, but i am not wired to live 3 miles away from my neighbors)
