Random Start: Metz - “Wasted”
Before I say what I’m about to say, I just want you to know that I know it’s silly, but it’s true. I put off checking out Metz because I don’t like Mest and I’m more of a Cardinals fan. I think I finally came to my senses when another baseball fan, former random starter, and probably the closest thing to an underground heavy music connoisseur in a pop band that we may ever get (until we find out who from Deftones invited Cult Leader on their Texas tour), @hermitologist had Metz on his top 2015 records list. This song is noisy and heavy and I’m feeling it. It’s also reminding me that I need to check out their collab with John Reis.
