Person: Hey, you want to join us doing [thing]?
Me: Oh, no thank you.
Person: Why not?
Me: I have a medical thingy, it wouldn’t be much fun for me.
Person: Oh well [unsolicited and obviously wrong medical advice]. So you can join us.
Me: Really, it’s no problem. Thanks for thinking about me though.
Person: What do you mean? You could just do [unsolicited and obviously wrong medical advice] and it would all be fine.
Me: I don’t think that would work.
Person: What do you mean it wouldn’t work? It will obviously work.
Me: I’d just slow everyone down. You should all just go have fun.
Person: *proceeds to get more and more pissy*
