I made an unsettling discovery regarding the number of our followers. Either there’s a lot people unfollowing this blog (which I don’t hope but everyone as they please) or a lot of blogs are vanishing or people are indeed already leaving tumblr which I personally find sad because the fandom (and any other community at that) really takes a blow right now.

Like, we gained 13 new followers but our number didn’t increase at all since last time I checked (which was yesterday). On the contrary, the number even decreased. I’m not sure if that has to do with tumblrs new update or what the heck is actually going on. But I heard that blogs are already getting taken down by the oh-so-not-working-bot of tumblr and it really makes me angry.

We can’t do much about that I guess apart from signing the petitions that go around and back up our blogs (truth be told, I don’t know if these back-ups include reblogs or anything which is why I haven’t tried anything with this blog yet).

Either way, please, dear followers, if you are a content creator and don’t have your works uploaded or saved anywhere else, save them now! I really hope the blogs/followers we lost weren’t deleted by tumblr but left on their own volition.
