Room of Requirement

Dmitry sat quietly, back against the wall of the seventh floor, left corridor, happily doting on the kitty Lisbeth with plenty of under-chin scratches and top-of-head kisses, and relentless cuddling. It was not an unusual scene, seeing the boy like that, either. But beyond merely playing with his beloved cat, he was sitting there, patiently waiting. The night before, just as he was starting to doze off in the process of digesting a book, he had come across something interesting he just had to share with that Slytherin boy. There was no other option except to share, none whatsoever. Nope. Sharing was imminent. So, of course, he had written in their secret magical journals:
Hey! Meet me tomorrow at 8, 7th floor, left corridor. I expect it’ll be a while, ditch everyone else for me? :P -Dmitry
So, all that was left to do was wait. Granted, he’d arrived early - he was that excited about showing Not Winston. Granted, maybe the note itself had seemed eager. Was it? He didn’t know. He didn’t care! So what if it was? He didn’t mind... whatever Not Winston would venture to make of it. But waiting? He would wait. He waited.
And then, eventually, after however long it was (though to the Ravenclaw it did indeed seem like forever), he showed up. Dmitry looked up at him with a playful grin and those hazel eyes of his, the fun-loving ones, the ones that had plans behind them, of whatever vague sort his mind had machinated, and he spoke:
“So you finally venture yourself to come upon me up here, and you may ask yourself: ‘But Dmitry, my friend, my man, my dude, why the fuck are we even here?’ But I do tell you, verily, I have discovered something cool. C’mon, ask me. Ask me about it, ask, I know you want to,” he spilled, evidently excited about the whole thing, though, perhaps, a tad much.
