One time me and my best friend were driving to a shopping centre, and me being the clueless driver I am asked her to navigate. Now, the route was very simple and it was basically just me driving forward for around 15 minutes, but I kept asking her if I had to turn to soothe the insecure, paranoid kid with a learner's license that lurks in everyone. Anyway, we were talking about this guy we knew about that identified as bisexual and amidst our conversation I blurted out, "Straight?", in terms of direction though, because when you're speaking to your best friend you don't need to use real sentences. She just sort of looked at me and assured me emphatically that no, as we have discussed before the guy we were talking about was bisexual and I don't know if this is coming across right but we were talking about two different scenarios linked by the connotative use of the word "straight" and if you guys don't find this amusing I apologize but this is one of the few intellectual jokes that I understand and I wanted to share it with you as a peace offering for not posting after so long.
