I am having the same problem with the SBL bloopers reel video! I am not sure why I can't get it to play either. I tried it on internet explorer as well as fire fox and its still not playing!

So I’m not the only one having this problem!

I tried it on IE and Firefox as well and got the same result.

Do you have Windows 8 as well? Maybe it DOES have something to do with that.

Edit: not sure if you wanted me to publish this or not, but I figured I'd throw it out there if there's anyone else having the same problem so that they know it's not just them.
