1.i'm really good listener, lots of people told me this teacher,friends,my mum some old lady's and my kids.so it must be true

2.iam super chill and very patient ,i mean ,I'm like super mum raising my 5 kids practically alone in a foreign country like 7 years now.and proud of that

3.i can sing, I won a competion back in my college days with the titanic song from Celine Dion.

4.iam a bookworm, I love mangas, and my 2oldest sons love that because sometimes they are into the same shit as me.

5.iam a tomboy I love that about myself.point!

6.i'm faithful and when give my word ,i love with everything I have and loyal as fuck.

7.i can cook and bake,it tastes good, I try always something different like indian food,Mexican,Italian ,korean and if course marocan to make my hubby proud.

8.i managed to live a dream I always wanted...live in Africa. We put alot of energy and yes we made so many sacrifices !

9.iam a survivor not many people know about this ,but I worked trough trauma,I wont go into detail, I want to let it go.

10.i love that iam open ,to change,to explore other sides of myself,I live and and i let live.

when I made this blog: good question, I wish I could remember haha. I think it was late 2018?, I made this blog because I was so deep in a lot of fandoms and drarry was so big and was feeling guilty because I didn't feel comfortable rbing in my main blog, idk why. so after being a ghost reader for so long you are welcome to boo me, and got tired of that and created this blog, now im happy and read a lot of amazing content and make sure to give kudos, reblog and comment^^

Last night in bed I watched my partner solve a rubiks cube in 2 minutes and 30 seconds and fuck if it wasn't one of the sexiest things I've ever witnessed.

So, here’s my problem. At the moment, I’m reading Atonement by Ian McEwan. A classic, some would say. And so far, I think they might be right: wonderful writing, good build-up of the story and interesting characters.

But.

I’m seventy pages in and already I have issues with the way he describes the relationship between men and women. Not in the superior/inferior way, but in the sensual/objectifying way.

One of the characters, Cecilia, undresses herself to her underwear - for entirely non-sexual purposes - in the vicinity of Robbie, a young man of around her age. They’ve known each other since their youth. After this incident, Robbie is lying naked on his bed, thinking about it. His thoughts are that before, he had thought she was horse-like, but now, he sees her beauty.

Next, he ponders why Cecilia could have been angry at him, and he thinks that her anger may have been used to guise her ‘unconscious desire’ for him, and that she had wanted to show him her beauty and ‘bind him to her’.

Now, these quotes may seem innocuous enough, but they are at the root of a bigger problem in our society, namely, as I said before, the objectifying and sexualising of non-sexual actions of women. These few thoughts of Robbie show some kind of belittling view on women, it describes women as seductive vixens that want nothing more than a man lusting after them.

And sure, these are the thoughts of a young man in a book, these are the thoughts of a character. But that’s a distinction that is difficult to make. When reading the book as a book and not looking at it critically enough, one might start to think that these reasoning are normal.

Sure, you could say that I’m overreacting, and that I’m reading too much into it, but it’s a reoccuring irritation of mine: most often, these scenes of young men pondering the underlying viciousness of women, are written by men, and lately I don’t feel right reading them anymore. It’s starting to bother me, the unthinking negative portrayal of women in men’s literature.

And the greatest problem of it all, is that no man seems to understand the wrongness of it, and people (mostly women) trying to address it to the public, are being laughed and scoffed at.

Inktober

So I have decided to do inktober because Im not busy enough already and doing the last challenge totally didn't murder me

My partner asked me if I was okay while I was getting ready to go to work today and instead of answering I just broke down in floods of tears, as you do. So he laid with me and held me for three hours while I continued to cry and then I didn't want to call my boss because I felt bad so now he's going in to work for me to talk to my boss and then he's coming home to make me soup and salad and waffles and ice cream and I just.....I've never been more grateful for anyone before in my life.
