When you make a genuinely funny, memorable, quotable comedy vs when you run out of ideas and want to milk the franchise for all its worth so you decide to make a derivative, direct-to-tv sequel that goes the cliched “Son of [insert movie title here]” route because Hollywood stopped caring about making original films long ago you unoriginal hacks!
