I have a girlfriend who is of age, and the argument you made when you reblogged that post, it doesn't matter if its rp or not. if someone over the age of 18 is writing something sexual with a minor, its STILL a crime. Because it can be considered that the adult is coming on to the minor.
Laws are written in a tricky manner so that they can nail anyone. Its why I don't want to smut with people under the age of 18. And trust me, I've been in the boat where a girl lied to me about her age, and lied about who she was. I don't trust many people. (I pretty much only smut with my girlfriend, at this point).

Rosalie was bored. There was nothing to do for her in this town, not interesting things to see. It was as boring as death. "I will be dead if i don't get some entertainment soon" she said to herself and rolled her eyes. She decided to go outside and grabed her jacket, knowing that she wouldn't use it but Elena always got angry when she found out.
