Day72: Stuffed Pizza. I kind-of wish I could tell you how to make this, but then again maybe not...Some things may be better as mysteries. But I can say that if you've never been to #Chicago or never had this pizza, do both as fast as you can. I've never been disappointed with the tourist standby Giordano's, and now they're everywhere downtown. We called Monday night at 7pm, and it was a 90min wait. We went at 11:30am on a Tuesday and there was no wait.
